Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits
DSI offers a comprehensive medical/dental/vision
plan coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield of
North Carolina the largest provider network in
North Carolina and pays ½ of the employee only
portion of the plan cost. There are two
different PPO options (high and low) that
employees may choose from depending on their
coverage needs. Each plan is available as an
Employee only, Employee & Child(ren), Employee &
Spouse, or Employee & Family. Your contributions
are taken on a pre-tax basis so it will lower
your tax responsibility.
Life Insurance, Accidental Death &
Dismemberment
DSI also offers Life Insurance and Accidental
Death & Dismemberment coverage for free up to
$15,000 Saegis Beneits within the BCBSNC network
to all DSI employees participating in the
benefits program.
The program is underwritten by
USAble Life.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
All full-time DSI employees can accrue up to two
weeks of vacation per year, 3 sick days, and 9
paid holidays.

Flexible Spending Accounts (health and dependent
care) for pre-tax savings/reimbursement are
administered through PrimePay Payroll and
Business Services.
401K Savings Plan – This is a pre- taxed
retirement savings plan administered by Tag
Resources which is available through
TransAmerica Retirement Services.
This is a Safe
Harbor plan that includes a company match of up
to 4%.
Ancillary Benefits
Additional benefits such as Cancer, Intensive
Care, Accident and Hospital Indemnity coverage
are provided by AFLAC
